Rankable is an AI-powered website builder that generates SEO-optimized websites using Next.js. Our service includes AI chat-based website creation, live preview, GitHub export, and deployment assistance.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Credits and Billing
Credits are used to generate website content. Free accounts receive 10 one-time credits. Paid subscriptions receive monthly credit allocations. Credits do not roll over and are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using Rankable. The generated code is yours to use, modify, and distribute. Rankable retains ownership of its platform, tools, and underlying technology.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Rankable to:
- Create illegal or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or spam
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
7. Limitation of Liability
Rankable is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rankable after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
